I provide each dog with approximately one hour’s walking adventure, usually with up to two other dogs and a towel dry if necessary. Group walks are ideally suited to younger dogs and well socialised mature dogs – it is lovely to see all the friendships form. Don’t worry if your dog isn’t confident: I can support them within a small group and match them with compatible friends; providing exercise, positive socialisation, habituation, positive reinforcement training and most importantly fun.

Initially I can come and visit you and your dog at home and/or you can join me on one of my walks. I will need to take relevant details to tailor walks to suit your dog’s needs and to obtain your consent. I collect and return dogs from and to their home on foot in Modbury making me eco-friendly. I like to spent a time bonding with new dogs before I let them off the lead to run if that is appropriate for them. I keep them on their lead when walking on or beside a road. I try to give each dog a variety of different walks through the countryside. Routes I like to use include the vast network of footpaths and bridleways around Modbury including Runaway Lane, Cottlass Lane and footpaths towards Trehele Farm, Little Modbury and Traine. Closer to town, I walk through Galpin Orchard, Millennium Meadow and Palm Cross. I recommend that you leave a towel out so that I can give your dog a towel dry when wet and let me know if you have a hose to wash off muddy paws. For the well being of all dogs, please ensure your dog is vaccinated, worm free and flea free. You can follow your dog’s adventures on Facebook or Instagram as I also enjoy being creative by taking photographs and the occasional video.

I aim to start small group walks at the following times excluding bank holidays:
Monday 9.30 am, 10.45 am & 12 noon
Tuesday 10.45 am & 12 noon
Wednesday 9.30 am, 10.45 am & 12 noon
Thursday 9.30 am, 10.45 am & 12 noon
Friday 9.30 am, 10.45 am & 12 noon

One hour, small group dog walking adventure: £13 per dog from April 2023.

Please would all payments be made promptly. If at any point you need to cancel a walk, please give me as much notice as possible; the more notice you give, the more chance there is of offering your dog’s place to another dog that maybe on the cancellation or waiting list. Cancellations after 8pm the evening before your dog’s walk on the following day due to unforeseen circumstances will still be chargeable. Thank you for your understanding.
